Plan Your Wedding and Reception at the Harn Museum of Art.



The Chandler Auditorium lends an extraordinary atmosphere for your wedding ceremony. Create the room of your dreams.

The Galleria features beautiful soaring ceilings with columns and skylights opening your reception to the evening sky. A great place for dancing the night away.

The Mary Ann Harn Cofrin Pavilion and Deidre Fogler Promenade offer a grand view of the Magoon Garden and its palms, bamboo and water features to the north and the exterior of the Florida Museum of Natural History’s Butterfly Rainforest to the south.

Catering

Classic Fare Catering is the Museum's exclusive caterer; any food or beverage brought into the Museum for the event must be provided for or approved by Classic Fare.

To Schedule a Date
To determine availability, a rental application must be completed and submitted for consideration a minimum of 75 days prior to the event. A temporary 15 day hold will be placed on the Harn Event calendar upon receipt of application. An approved, signed contract with a non-refundable deposit, insurance application and fee, must be received within 15 days of application to confirm date of event.

Deposit
A deposit of $200.00 plus the insurance payment must be paid in order to reserve a date on the Harn Museum calendar and is due at the signing of the contract, a minimum of 60 days prior to the event. The deposit and insurance payment are non refundable, except in the event of default by the Harn Museum or inability to perform under this Agreement by the Harn Museum. Full payment of event fees must be received by the Harn Museum 30 days prior to the scheduled event. Additional fees, due to changes in event requirements and/or damages to the building, furnishing and/or grounds are due in full 30 days after the event or the final invoice has been mailed, whichever comes first.

Insurance
Proof and cost of liability insurance is the responsibility of the sponsor and must be provided to the museum and submitted with the signed contract 60 days prior to the event. Insurance secured through Montpelier US Insurance Company, is based on the attached insurance fee schedule and is non-refundable.

Parking

Free parking is available in the Museum parking lot after 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday and all day during weekends. When parking restrictions apply, guests may park in the pay lot for $4.00, but spaces are limited. The Museum does not reserve parking for events, and cannot guarantee the availability of parking for events. For more information on parking please visit http://www.parking.ufl.edu/
