To Schedule a Date
To determine availability, a rental application must be completed and submitted for consideration a minimum of 75 days prior to the event. A temporary 15 day hold will be placed on the Harn Event calendar upon receipt of application. A deposit of $200.00 plus the insurance payment must be paid in order to reserve a date on the Harn Museum calendar and is due at the signing of the contract, a minimum of 60 days prior to the event. The deposit and insurance payment are non refundable, except in the event of default by the Harn Museum or inability to perform under this Agreement by the Harn Museum. Full payment of event fees must be received by the Harn Museum 30 days prior to the scheduled event. Additional fees, due to changes in event requirements and/or damages to the building, furnishing and/or grounds are due in full 30 days after the event or the final invoice has been mailed, whichever comes first.

Wedding Rehearsal Dinner, December 2011
"It was a beautiful atmosphere. Everyone we worked with helped to make the event a special night for our family. Everything went as planned due to the staff. No problems. I would, and have, let everyone know what a wonderful place the Harn is for an event. Thank you for making it possible." Rich and Maggie Bednar (Dinner Hosts and parents of the Groom)
