The Museum Visitor Engagement Manager will oversee three visitor-facing operational departments: Museum Rentals, Museum Store, and Visitor Services. The Museum Visitor Engagement Manager is responsible for developing and implementing polices and procedures within these departments that support the mission of the museum and the university, and is responsible for the overall effectiveness of visitor engagement. The Museum Visitor Engagement Manager is expected to develop a vision and build strategies and support systems to accomplish programmatic and financial goals.
The Harn Museum Curatorial Program Assistant coordinates the museum’s exhibition calendars and curatorial records, prepares exhibition texts, coordinates exhibition and curatorial budgets, and provides support to museum curators. This position is 30 hours per week. Selected evenings and weekends may be required.
The Harn Museum Marketing and Public Relations Assistant will provide a high level of support to the Director of Marketing and Public Relations, representing the Harn Museum of Art to a diverse constituency. This role will plan and execute the administrative operations of the Marketing & Public Relations office and must be able to organize multiple tasks simultaneously at a high level of performance, accuracy and speed. This position is part-time, 20 hours per week.
The Harn Museum of Art is recruiting an OPS Rental Coordinator to work a part-time, as-needed schedule during the time period of April 2022 through October 2022. The Museum Rental Coordinator will be directly responsible for all aspects of the event and facility rental program at the Harn Museum of Art. Promoting the Harn Museum as a venue for university, corporate, not-for-profit, and private events, this position will implement the facility rental program meeting established revenue goals.
